Feeling quite a bit better. Trying to get at least an hour walking time in per day. I split it over the day doing 15, 20 or 30 minute sessions, either outside or inside on the treadmill. It depends on the weather.
All of the bloating is gone. Lost a total of 3 pounds. There was a lot of water stored in my stomach. It seems to be back to normal now.
Had my last visit from the visiting nurses today. She checked my stitches and said they looked fine. There was a protective tape over the stitches. One of these fell off. The others to follow soon. I had laparoscopic surgery, so the healing is minimal.
Still get pretty tired in the afternoon. May take a while before I feel my normal energy again. I was slightly anemic after the surgery. They said it can take a few weeks for the blood to get back up to normal levels. I did have enough energy to clean the kitchen pretty well as well as make dinner.
Happy to be back on my supplements. Because I was on blood thinners, I had to stop taking my supplements, such as fish oil and green juices. I also take bee pollen, flax seed oil, coenzyme Q10, probiotics, as well as a brain boosting formula to help with my Parkinson's.
